On Tuesday afternoon, Key Stage 1 were lucky enough to have a visit from author Emma Reynolds. She read her book, 'Amara and the bats' and taught the children lots of bat facts. For example, did you know that bats pollinate fruit and there are over 1400 different species of bat? Emma then taught the children how to draw a bat and even added a range of fun cartoon hats!
