How we teach Democracy at Lawns Park Primary School

• We provide opportunities for children to debate and discuss a variety of issues.
• We encourage children to vote for things that they want to happen.
• Children are actively involved in creating and understanding the school rules.

• We encourage children to express their views in school council class meetings, and through online pupil surveys.
