Poet Dom Conlon visits KS1

Poet and Author Dom Conlon came in to speak to the children in Years 1 and 2 about life as a writer this week. Dom is an inspirational speaker who brings his world of poetry to life with humour and some amazing facts. He spoke to the children about his poetry which is based on the natural world and had both Year 1 and Year 2 creating poetry of their own. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
